Our Plasmid module helps in describing your biological work as well as building a schematic picture of your plasmid. Creating a plasmid requires only a name and length. After creating the plamid, you can add any feature to its map. The result is a colorful and detailed map showing all of the plasmid's important features.

Plasmid features search

Researchers can perform a search in the Plasmid Module which allows them to easily find plasmids with similar information, such as resistance or description. Researchers can also search for plasmids according to their features, to find out, for example, which plasmid has a specific promoter or gene.

The option to duplicate the plasmid will save you time when new features are cloned to a plasmid. You can also keep track of the parental vector as the system will connect the two of them.
